An alumnus of Snider High School in Fort Wayne Indiana, she enjoyed four memorable and rewarding years as part of the band and color guard of this wonderful music program. Gina then attended International Business College where she obtained her Associates Degree in Business Administration. “I did not start my career in the band world but because of my love for music and helping people I found myself at MSC. I consider it an honor and privilege to work for such a great company doing what I love and being able to hear the sound of success and happiness every day when I speak to band directors.”

Eric Miller

Eric Miller is thrilled to be beginning his second year with MSC as an Account Executive. A graduate of Ball State University, Eric is a choral guy at heart, but really loves all music. Any time away from the office is spent working on his first home, watching, talking about or playing sports, enjoying a fine bottle of wine, or singing in local musicals and with the Heartland Chamber Chorale. He looks forward to beginning a family with his wife, Kristen, and hopes to continue to build strong relationships with the MSC family.

Nick Reynolds

Nick Reynolds is a graduate of Manchester College with a Bachelor’s in Communication and a graduate from IPFW with a Bachelor’s in Music. In his professional career, Nick has worked for the Fort Wayne Newspapers as part of their management staff in Distribution both locally and regionally. Knowing the importance of music education across the country, Nick uses his experience in distribution to ensure the highest quality product will meet the demands of an extremely time sensitive industry.

Ryan Threlkeld brings both talents in music and a background in business to MSC’s Production Team. He has been active in vocal performance since childhood and was a leader in his high school band program. He obtained a Business Management degree from Purdue University and brings his affinity for numbers and organization to MSC where he coordinates multiple steps of the production schedule to ensure consistently high quality is maintained throughout the process.

Tara’s music interest began at the Middle School level with choir and extended through graduation from Northrop High School in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She then graduated from the University of Saint Francis with a Bachelor of Science degree. Her professional focus shifted from science to business and culminated in the wonderful opportunity to join the staff at Marching Show Concepts.
