SHIPPING/HANDLING Orders will be processed within 5-10 working days and delivered to almost anywhere. If an item is on back order, it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS WILL BE ASSESSED PER SHIPMENT, BASED ON THE WEIGHT OF EACH SHIPMENT AND SHIPPING METHOD. Please call for pricing. Note: Delivery to a residence will increase charges.

OVERNIGHT services will get your order to you in one business day after we ship, if available in your area. Overnight services WILL NOT ship to APO/FPO addresses, PO boxes and some rural areas. Please call for service availability and cost.

CANADIAN AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS We will take care of clearing packages through customs and arrange for delivery for you. Taxes and applicable duty charges will be paid by recipient. (All pricing in US currency). Specify method of delivery. Rates and delivery time estimates will depend on recipient address and method of shipment. CALL FOR DETAILS!

FREE SHIPPING (FIELD SHOWS ONLY)* If we receive payment in full prior to shipping any materials (purchase order not included) for the field show you are purchasing, whether it be by check or credit card, all shipping costs will be waived for your music and drill, (ground service only).

ON APPROVAL To provide clients with the opportunity to determine if a product will meet their needs, Marching Show Concepts may forward certain products “on approval”. You are under no obligation to purchase the item sent “on approval”. However, by your request and receipt of such an item, you must submit an approval form and agree to the following conditions. An approval period is 15 business days from shipping date. Items must be received back by MSC with the 15 day approval period or customer will be invoiced for all materials sent. Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent or appropriate charges will be assessed. All returned items must be shipped with a FedEx or UPS tracking number. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs of returns and any items lost while out on approval (whether in shipping or otherwise).

CLAIMS Claims of shortage, defects and non-conforming materials must be made by BUYER WITHIN FIFTEEN DAYS of receipt of goods. No claims made after the expiration of such period will be entertained or allowed. Buyer agrees to hold goods in question until further notice from Marching Show Concepts.

DAMAGE CLAIMS All damage claims must be made within five days of delivery. NOTIFY MARCHING SHOW CONCEPTS IMMEDIATELY!!! A Marching Show Concepts representative will assist you in getting your claim processed as smoothly as possible. ALSO, please notify the delivery carrier immediately!!! The carrier is responsible for all damaged claims. Upon notification, the delivery carrier will arrange for an independent inspector to come and make an assessment of the damage. A claim number will then be issued to you. Please notify MSC of the claim number once it has been issued.
